doteo.ai is a voice-first memory assistant. Say the thing while you are still thinking it, and get back something you can use.

What it does

• Record and forget. Tap once and talk. Every recording is held in private storage only until it is transcribed, 24 hours at most.
• Read it back as a note, not a wall of words. Every recording comes back structured: a title, the content, and the dates and people it mentioned.
• Keep the actions. Anything you said you would do is pulled out as an action, with the reminder set where you gave one.
• Ask doteo.ai. Ask a question in your own words and get an answer drawn from your own notes, with the notes it used.
• See the week. A daily digest and a weekly summary of what you recorded, and what is still outstanding.

Your notes are yours

Your recordings and transcripts are stored against your account and are not used to train anyone's models. You can export everything, or delete your account and its cloud data, from inside the app at any time. Audio files on your device delete themselves after 90 days.
